- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger (finely grated)
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp White Miso Paste
- 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Oil (neutral oil)
- 1 tbsp Honey or Agave (for sweetness)
- 4 cups Cooked Rice (or your favorite grain)
- 2 cups Bok Choy or Leafy Vegetable (chopped)
- 1 lb Steak (Ribeye, Sirloin, or Skirt) (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp Butter or Oil (for cooking)
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce

Instructions
- Blend the Dressing: Combine the shallot, fresh ginger, garlic, white miso paste, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, oil, and honey (or agave) in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy, then set aside.
- Prepare the Grains and Greens: Ensure your rice or preferred grain is cooked and ready. Wash and chop the bok choy or leafy greens.
- Season the Steak: Sprinkle a small pinch of salt and black pepper on both sides of the steak.
- Heat the Skillet: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and let it melt and bubble.
- Brown the Butter: Allow the butter to brown slightly, then stir in dark soy sauce.
- Sear the Steak: Place steak pieces in the skillet. Sizzle undisturbed for 30 to 45 seconds.
- Flip the Steak: Flip the steak and cook for an additional 30 to 45 seconds.
- Cook the Greens: Remove steak from the pan. In the same pan, sauté chopped greens until wilted.
- Serve the Dish: Scoop cooked rice into bowls, top with seared steak, sautéed greens, and drizzle with ginger miso dressing.
