- 1 pound ground turkey or beef
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes

Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey or beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the meat and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, add a generous scoop of cottage cheese.
- Top the cottage cheese with hot taco meat, followed by chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and onions.
- Add any additional toppings you like, such as salsa or avocado.
- Mix everything together and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat cottage cheese. This bowl is perfect for meal-prepping and keeps well for 2-3 days if stored correctly.
