Ingredients

  • 23 cups Marshmallows (choose fresh marshmallows for that perfect toastiness)
  • 1 1/2 quarts Vanilla Ice Cream (use high-quality ice cream for the creamiest texture)
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Fudge Sauce (substitute with homemade chocolate sauce for an extra touch)
  • 24 squares Graham Crackers (try chocolate-covered graham crackers for an enhanced s’mores flavor)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your pan by lining a 9×13 inch dish with parchment paper. Preheat your broiler.
  2. Broil marshmallows on a baking sheet for 1-2 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  3. Spread about 3/4 of the vanilla ice cream in an even layer across the bottom of your prepared pan. Drizzle the chocolate fudge sauce over this layer.
  4. Top with the toasted marshmallows, then add the remaining ice cream on top. Cover and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours.
  5. Slice the slab of frozen ice cream into 12 squares. Sandwich each square between two graham crackers and pop them back in the freezer to set.
