- 10 cups popcorn (about 1/3 cup popcorn kernels)
- 2 cups (11 oz) white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup (3 oz) conversation hearts
- Valentine sprinkles, for decorating
- Dash of flaked sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and set it aside.
- Pop about 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels using an air popper or microwave popcorn bags. Transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl, discarding any unpopped kernels.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn. Gently toss to coat the popcorn evenly.
- Spread the coated popcorn on the prepared baking sheet. Scatter the conversation hearts and Valentine sprinkles on top.
- Let the popcorn cool at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate hardens completely. Break into smaller pieces and serve or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
