Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1 cup Low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
  5. Knead the dough on a clean surface for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape into logs.
  7. Wrap each log tightly in parchment paper and aluminum foil.
  8. Bake the logs on a baking sheet for 45-55 minutes.
  9. Check the salami after baking; it should maintain shape when cooled.
  10. Slice and enjoy!
