- 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon Sea salt
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1 cup Low-sodium vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough on a clean surface for 1-2 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape into logs.
- Wrap each log tightly in parchment paper and aluminum foil.
- Bake the logs on a baking sheet for 45-55 minutes.
- Check the salami after baking; it should maintain shape when cooled.
- Slice and enjoy!
