- 1 cup grilled chicken, chopped
- 1 cup seasoned rice
- 1/2 cup canned black beans, heated
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup guacamole
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- Hot sauce, to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, add a scoop of seasoned rice as the base.
- Top with chopped grilled chicken.
- Add the warmed black beans on top.
- Pile on the shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Add dollops of sour cream and guacamole.
- Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
