Description

A delicious copycat recipe of the Chicken Power Menu Bowl from Taco Bell, featuring grilled chicken, rice, beans, and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup grilled chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup seasoned rice
  • 1/2 cup canned black beans, heated
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Hot sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add a scoop of seasoned rice as the base.
  2. Top with chopped grilled chicken.
  3. Add the warmed black beans on top.
  4. Pile on the shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Add dollops of sour cream and guacamole.
  7. Drizzle with hot sauce if desired.
