Ingredients

Scale
  • 900 g frozen shoestring or cut fries
  • 340 g cooked shredded chicken
  • 120 ml buffalo sauce
  • 200 g shredded cheese (100 g sharp cheddar + 100 g Monterey Jack)
  • 120 g ranch dressing
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp chopped celery
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Smoked paprika, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Spread fries on a baking sheet, drizzle olive oil, and season with salt. Roast for 18–22 minutes.
  2. Shred chicken into bite-size pieces.
  3. Melt butter and whisk in hot sauce to make buffalo sauce.
  4. Toss chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer fries to a baking dish, scatter buffalo chicken over, and top with shredded cheese. Bake for 4–6 minutes until cheese melts.
  6. Top with ranch dressing and garnish with green onions and celery before serving.

Notes

For extra crisp fries, spread in a single layer and avoid piling before baking.
