Description

Quick and delicious Zesty Shrimp and Street Corn Packets packed with vibrant flavors and easy cleanup.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups street corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your preference)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Aluminum foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine shrimp, street corn, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Lay out pieces of aluminum foil and divide the shrimp and corn mixture among them.
  4. Top each packet with shredded cheese.
  5. Fold the foil over to create closed packets.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and cheese is melted.
  7. Carefully open the packets and serve immediately.
