- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend together the cottage cheese, eggs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a blender or food processor for 1 minute until silky smooth.
- Spread the batter onto the prepared tray, using a silicone spatula to create a thin rectangle.
- Bake the wraps in the oven for 30–35 minutes until lightly golden.
- Cool the wraps completely on the tray before carefully peeling them off the parchment paper.
- Cut the wraps into 2 sections and load them with your favorite fillings.
