- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Once the skillet is hot, add the chicken thighs, skin side down, and sear until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Flip the thighs and pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Bring to a simmer, then transfer the skillet to the oven.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve hot.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken thighs in the seasoning for a few hours before cooking. Consider adding spinach or mushrooms to the cream sauce.
