Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberry topping or sauce
  • 1/2 cup crushed nuts or granola (for crunch topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
