- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Whip heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in sliced strawberries gently.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Top with strawberry sauce and sprinkle crushed nuts or granola on top before serving.
