- 1 tsp Paprika
- Wooden skewers (soaked in water)
- 2 ears Corn on the cob
- 1 cup Creamy sauce (e.g., ranch dressing, yogurt sauce)
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone grill.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the corn on the cob until charred and tender.
- Add the chicken skewers to the grill and cook until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve the skewers with the charred corn, drizzled with the creamy sauce and lime juice.
