A quick and tasty tuna pasta salad combining pasta, tuna, and fresh vegetables, perfect for lunch or a light dinner.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces pasta (e.g., rotini or penne)
- 1 can (5 ounces) tuna, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse it under cold water to cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta, tuna, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and peas in a large bowl.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

For a lighter version, try using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
