- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup Korean chili paste (gochujang)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the sauce.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions, and serve hot as a snack or side dish.
Notes
Adjust the gochujang based on your spice tolerance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
