Ingredients

- 300 g (3 cups) rotini pasta
- 200 g (1 cup) dill pickle, diced
- 100 g (½ cup) mayonnaise
- 60 ml (¼ cup) sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and onion powder with added salt and pepper.
- Add the cooled pasta and diced dill pickles to the dressing and gently fold to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh dill.
Notes
For extra crunch, consider adding diced celery or bell peppers. Adjust the amount of onion powder according to your taste preference.
