Description

A refreshing pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings, featuring crunchy dill pickles.


Ingredients

  • 300 g (3 cups) rotini pasta
  • 200 g (1 cup) dill pickle, diced
  • 100 g (½ cup) mayonnaise
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, and onion powder with added salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled pasta and diced dill pickles to the dressing and gently fold to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh dill.
