- 250 g Ditalini pasta
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 240 ml Heavy cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the ditalini pasta and stir to coat with oil. Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil, and cook uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is tender, lower heat and stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and add freshly chopped herbs just before serving.
Notes
Ensure pasta is cooked al dente for the best texture. Experiment with different herbs to personalize flavor.
