Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 250 g Ditalini pasta
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 240 ml Heavy cream
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh herbs (basil or parsley)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the ditalini pasta and stir to coat with oil. Pour in vegetable broth, bring to a boil, and cook uncovered for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once pasta is tender, lower heat and stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add freshly chopped herbs just before serving.

Notes
