- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Spread the mixture over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.
Notes
Best served chilled and can be presented in individual cups for an elegant look. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
