Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut a large piece of aluminum foil and place the chicken breasts in the center.
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with sliced zucchini and chopped dill pickles.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Fold the foil to create a packet, sealing it tightly.
- Place the foil packet on the grill and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Carefully open the packet (watch for steam) and serve warm, garnished with fresh dill if desired.
