Ingredients

- 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Steep the dried hibiscus flowers in boiling water for about 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers.
- Add cold water and sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Add lime juice to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator until cold.
- Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
Adjust sugar based on taste preference. For added flavor, try infusing with ginger or pineapple.
