- 1 pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to your pizza dough instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the chicken, sausage, shrimp, cooked rice, tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning, stirring well to combine.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet and spread the mixture evenly over it.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake according to pizza dough instructions, usually about 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit the meat and add more vegetables. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
