- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated coconut
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 packet ladyfinger cookies

- Cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Mix mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and coconut milk until smooth.
- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into coconut milk to soften them, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
- Top with coconut flakes and dust with cocoa powder if desired before serving.
Notes
