- 1 package of chocolate graham crackers
- 2 cups of fresh raspberries
- 1 cup of chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Combine chocolate pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl and whisk until thickened.
- Beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in another bowl until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Layer chocolate graham crackers in a rectangular dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of chocolate pudding.
- Top with fresh raspberries.
- Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with cream cheese mixture on top.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.
