- 1–2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 16 ounces cold water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Squeeze lemon juice into a big glass.
- Add apple cider vinegar.
- Pour in cold water.
- Mix in chia seeds and stir well to prevent clumping.
- Let sit for 10 minutes for chia to thicken.
Notes
Drink once a day, preferably in the morning. Can be modified with ginger or sparkling water for a twist.
