- 1 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chickpeas with olive oil, chili powder, salt, and pepper, then spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Combine shredded cabbage, honey, and lime juice in a large bowl, and toss to coat.
- Mix in the roasted chickpeas into the cabbage.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh cilantro.
Notes
For an extra crunch, consider adding nuts or seeds. Fresh herbs like mint or basil can also be mixed in for more flavor.
