Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh wahoo fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Ripe mangos, diced
  • Red onion, diced
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Lime juice
  • Jalapeño, optional

Instructions

  1. Pat the wahoo fillets dry with a paper towel.
  2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the fillets with salt and pepper, then add them to the hot pan.
  4. Sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
