Description

Delightful and flavorful wraps made with whiskey-marinated chicken and fresh pineapple, served in crispy lettuce leaves.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup whiskey
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 head of iceberg or butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate diced chicken in whiskey, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Stir in pineapple chunks and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated.
  4. To serve, spoon the chicken mixture into lettuce leaves and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, the chicken can be marinated overnight. If you enjoy crispy chicken, consider using an air fryer.
