- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate confectionery coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions with water, vegetable oil, and egg.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter and bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Once the brownie bites are cool, remove them from the tin and create a small indentation on top of each.
- Fill each brownie with a ball of cookie dough.
- Melt the chocolate confectionery coating and dip each filled brownie ball into the chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper and let the chocolate set. Serve and enjoy!
