Description

A homemade copycat-inspired chicken power bowl with cilantro lime rice, black beans, seasoned chicken, and fresh toppings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked cilantro lime rice
  • 1 pound cooked seasoned chicken, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups black beans, warmed
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Cook or warm the rice, beans, and seasoned chicken.
  2. Divide rice among bowls.
  3. Add black beans and chicken.
  4. Add lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, cheese, and sour cream.
  5. Finish with lime and serve immediately.
