Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked cilantro lime rice
- 1 pound cooked seasoned chicken, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups black beans, warmed
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Lime wedges
Instructions
- Cook or warm the rice, beans, and seasoned chicken.
- Divide rice among bowls.
- Add black beans and chicken.
- Add lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole, cheese, and sour cream.
- Finish with lime and serve immediately.
