Description

These smoky pulled jackfruit sandwiches are a delicious and easy vegan BBQ recipe, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans young green jackfruit in water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole grain burger buns
  • Coleslaw for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse the jackfruit. Cut the jackfruit into smaller pieces.
